About Section

I create Anabolic recipes focused on increased protein, quality ingredients, and good taste from my weight loss experience. My name is Colton Witcher, and I have lost One Hundred Pounds from changing my lifestyle. I went from weighing Two Hundred and Sixty-Eight Pounds to One Hundred Sixty Pounds at my lowest weight to now, Two Hundred and Five Pounds by building muscle in the gym using the same recipes through out the whole process.
